Mrs Pankhurst Players presents an interactive performance for 8-12 year olds - Deeds Not Words.  

Manchester, 1913. Two suffragettes prepare to march to fight for women to gain the right to vote, but how will it change their lives? What could you do to help the movement? Follow this interactive storytelling experience to discover their story and why the only way forward is to be found in‘Deeds not Words’.

The Pankhurst Centre are pleased to welcome Mrs Pankhurst Players to the Centre in time for half term. Mrs Pankhurst's Players is an undergraduate and graduate theatre company inspired by the work of the Actresses Franchise League and the Women's Social and Political Union. The company was founded on International Women's Day 2018 by Emma Heron and is based at Edge Hill University.
