Remember you are not alone - domestic abuse can happen to anyone no matter your age, race, class, culture, disability, gender, sexuality or lifestyle.

The Pankhurst Centre women's drop in welcomes women of all ages and backgrounds. The drop in is a women’s only social group which allows women - free of charge and on an informal basis - to meet new friends and have fun.

We offer wellbeing workshops and creative activities during some of the drop in sessions, and talks and discussions at others. The drop in allows women to socialise in a safe and supportive environment.

There is a Family Law advice clinic on alternate weeks and a Shelter & Housing Benefits adviser once a month.

Lunch is provided and a vegetarian option is always available. We are supported by Sheikh Nazim Helping Hands, a charity who provide lunches for everyone who wants one.

DROP-IN IS CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO CORONAVIRUS. However, women can still access advice from our Legal and Shelter clinics remotely. Please call 07394568861 or email u.ansari@manchesterwomensaid.org for more information.
